This place suits me perfectly, with great internet access, a seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with directions during my first stay, and Regina was attentive. I’m coming back for Christmas!

Carpets and furnishings clearly need a deep clean. An outdated decor style is evident throughout. A broken electrical outlet and a rusty sink add to the disappointment!!! Hallway odors are a big turn-off!!!

Check-in was smooth. the lobby staff welcomed me with a chocolate bar and bottled water—a nice touch. The two-bedroom queen suite offered plenty of space and the full kitchen helped me save on meals. The living room was a great area to relax, although the furniture looked a bit outdated and worn. Had some issues with cleaning. I found an odd bug in the sheets and a toenail clipping on the footstool. The elevator light was out one day too, which was a little annoying. Overall, the location was convenient, but I felt maintenance could be better.
